NAHS Music Dept. Coffee House Tonight

Take a night off from the rain this Friday night (June 19th) and warm up at the NAHS Coffee House at the High School Cafe.  Enjoy the music of our own student led bands & acts performing while sipping hot chocolate, coffee or tea and sample pastries.  Admission is $5.00. Senior District Festival Attendees

The NAMA Music Banquet was a huge success! With nearly 300 attendees, a potluck dinner was enjoyed and numerous awards given out. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped the evening run smoothly.

NAMA would also like to thank all the volunteers that helped throughout the year. Our Music Program requires many people to chaperone, fundraise, drive, bake and communicate. If you are interested in helping next year, please email Ann Milmore at

The Board is still in need of a Secretary, Membership Chair and Fundraising Team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with terrific kids and help the Music Program.

Band Uniforms

Marching band uniforms need to be turned in on Monday, June 15th, 3:30-5:00. Uniforms should be brought to the NAHS band room to be checked in. Students need to return: jacket, pants, hat in hat box, garment bag. A check for $15.00, made out to NAMA, or $15.00 cash, is also needed to cover the cost of dry cleaning all uniforms.

Red Sox Raffle Basket Winner

Congratulations to the winner of the Red Sox raffle basket; the winner was….. C.J. Cincotta! C.J. is very excited to be attending the July 5th Red Sox game! The proceeds of the basket, $1094, is used to support NAMA efforts such as scholarships, transportation costs, uniform replacements, chorus dress purchases, etc. Thanks to all who purchased tickets!!

NAMA Scholarship Winners

Congratulations to the NAMA scholarship winners: Yvonne Camacho, Emily Mange, MaryCate Mannion, Katy Mastrocola, Alex Novello, and Mary Alice Ryan.

The recipients of the North Andover Music Association Scholarships will be persons who have shown a dedication and talent in the field of music. He or she will have made a significant contribution to the North Andover High School music program and to the larger music community. Any North Andover High School Senior who is a current band or chorus member and is furthering his or her education is eligible to apply.
